I am a wife & mom of 2 fur children & 2 boys. AKA, I have 4 life long models with me 24/7!

Whether it's capturing your sports team win their championship, celebrating your last birth or your engagement, I'm the photographer for you. I will be cheering you on behind the lens and guiding you through the complete session. At the same time, I am OBSESSED with vision boards! So, if you have an inspiration for a photo shoot, let's chat!

Although I am based out of Northern IL, I do travel [additional costs may be added on to your session].

Photography for me began with taking photos for my neighbor for her homecoming and prom dances. It was always so much fun being the "younger" one of the clan but the one guiding them on how to pose for the shot! It then continued into my high school years of joining the camera club where I attended different sporting events to take photos for the school yearbook. From then on, I continued to add camera gear to my bag.

In 2017, I moved to Freeport IL and brought my camera with me and continued to use at any event we attended. I have been fortunate enough to learn from my dad, who is a professional travel photographer for dog sports. We have worked side-by-side in Missouri & Illinois at dog events.

Since 2023, I have been the Stix 11u travel ball team photographer. During "off" season, I try to host mini sessions indoor and outdoor, as well as full sessions from small to big! I ALWAYS recommend following my Facebook page (Photography by Lan) for opportunities! Though March-November are the busiest months, if you are looking to have a birthday party photographed or a specific event, I am your best option!

If you are needing a photographer that's as tall as your 10 year old daughter but as loud as your crazy aunt, who will guide you through your sessions, I am your gal!
